Chef Valery Neshov’s sausages are made from 100% Bulgarian meat, selected from special breeds distinguished by better muscle eye, better marbling and lower water content. The spices used are organic and no oils, extracts, flavourings or colourings are used. All products under the Valeri Neshov brand are made according to authentic Balkan recipes, the concept being to preserve and convey traditional Bulgarian and Balkan flavours.
