Method of preparation:
The most common ways to prepare veal liver are frying, braising, grilling or boiling. In the grilled version, the liver is washed and cleaned of the skins. It is cut into pieces, which are seasoned with allspice and black pepper, or with spices of your choice. They are poured with olive oil and wine and left for 2 hours in a cool place. After that, the marinated pieces of liver are grilled on both sides – for about 5 minutes per side.
